Job Description
- Front line supervisor who manages individual contributors.
Job Description Summary
As part of the Managing Agent team, you will support the performance management & supervision of service providers.

Review and verify service provider asset registers.
-
Review and validate PPM schedules, plans and procedures to ensure compliance against local and international codes, regulations and manufacturer recommendationsEnsure contractors adhere to policies and procedures
-
Monitoring of service provider performance against contractual requirements SLA & KPI (reactive & planned)
-
Daily monitoring and review of CAFM systems dashboards, reports, work orders, SLA’s
-
Conducting daily site inspections & audits
-
Review of service provider reports and verification of content through inspections and review of supporting documents
-
Provide inputs & supporting evidence for service provider monthly KPI scoring.

Coordinating with service providers for spare parts, quotes and other general tasks
-
Assisting with handover of facilities & assets
-
Review of drawings, O&M manuals, commissioning data, RCA reports
-
Prepare reports and presentations as required
-
General day to day coordination with internal & external stakeholders in the capacity of FM Engineer
-
Participate in internal and external meetings
-
Prepare inspection documentation
-
All other duties as required relating to supervision & performance management as per project requirements
Experience Required:
-
5+ years of experience in a Facilities management
-
5+ years’ experience in water treatment plants and generators power plants
Competencies/Skills/Job Specification:

Ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.

Analyze situations, provide suggested alternatives, and implement solutions.

Excellent verbal written skills in English & Arabic

Ability to develop and present reports

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
