we are looking for country manager

  • Get the plan into execution to ensure monthly sales target and KPIs are met through MT Manager & key account managers according to identified timeframe.
  • Building up good database of customer through international medical insurances companies, embassies & other accounts.
  • Handle all functions concerning the patient visits including all accommodations and reservations.
  • Follow up and ensure that treatment plan is followed and applied by our medical team.
  • Follow up on collecting all cash payments from the customers or directly from the visiting patient.
  • Try to facilitate the cash payment for the visitor and methods of payments.
  • Support team of marketers, graphic designers, and digital marketers to execute MT digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Set strategy and future expansion plan and translates it into operating plans that contribute to the achievement of business goals and sustainable organizational performance and manage the tactical execution of those plans to return positive ROI to the business.
  • Manage the execution of market research and data collection to have detailed information about the country such as: Demographic – no. of Population – % males VS Females. % Medical services classification (Privet VS Governmental). % Insurance coverage. Finalize market research results to find out high potential accounts. Communicate with key accounts through visits and one to one meetings
  • Sets account management plan according to variable types of accounts and plan of opportunities for each accounts.
  • Monitor progress and amend the plan to match the objectives

Skills

  • “Medical Background is a Preferred” Bachelor degree in faculty of Medicine, pharmacy.
  • At least 7 years of experience in medical tourism
  • French speaker “obligatory”
