Job Description
• Lead the establishment and development of the annual marketing plans to meet the annual objectives.
• Manage the marketing team and marketing agencies to effectively meet the department goals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and manage their performance and budget. • Build strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors. • Review the performance of the social media accounts and develop reports and analytics to the management.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds effectively.
• Oversee and approve marketing material like website banners, social media posts, hard copy brochures, publications…etc, and ensure their consistency with the brand of the company.
Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Management or any similar field.
• 5-8 Years of relevant Experience, of which at least 2 Years in a leadership role. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent copywriting and proofreading skills in both English and Arabic.
• Accurate attention to details.
• Graphic design skills are preferred.
