Job Description

The post holder will support the manager of corporate governance and compliance management in the delivery of departmental projects, managing projects with project management principle i.e scoping, planning, risk mitigation, coordinates and organizes tasks of the assigned projects

Responsibilities:-

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Skills

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  2. Project Management certification(preferred)
  3. Certification in PMO or equivalent training such as LEAN, Six Sigma or similar methods is highly desired
  4. Min 5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects within healthcare domain
  5. Excellent inter personal and organizational skills
  6. Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day project risks and status
  7. Ability to track and plan project status against project plan, including actual cost to budget.
  8. Demonstrates good judgement and knowledge of the project team capabilities to absorb and adjust to scope changes.
  9. High level numerical skills and data analysis
