Position : Customer Service Representative
Location : Abu Dhabi

Key Accountabilities
- Communicate with customers and new inquiries via phone, email and chat
- Converting leads to loyal customers
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- To manage good customer interactions and relationships
- Acts as first level contact with customer for answers to questions and in attempting to resolve complaints.
- Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation.
- Identify the clients who show inclination towards the product but didn’t purchase it and follow up for these kind of customers for special deal and offering.
- Sales calls, Closed sales, Follow-up activities
Skills
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- This role requires an individual who is fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Must work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines, be able to multitask.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Able to manage time and prioritize activities effectively. Must be able to execute tasks quickly and efficiently
- To be results-oriented and proactive – able to get things done and achieve targets
- Enthusiasm, and a willingness and drive to learn
- Passion to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
