Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and improve business reports linked to sales agent productivity (productivity, call time, agent review, etc.).
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reports linked to sales pipeline, forecast, and revenue attainment.
  • Work with a set of business rules, analyze transaction records versus business rules, and understand real-time sales target attainment versus business rules. Support sales teams with escalations linked to missing records from the scorecard.
  • Support sales campaign management: actively participate in customer selection from client and/or 3rd party databases, and support the improvement of global propensity models in line with sales targets. Complete pre-engagement administrative and maintenance tasks (such as campaign upload, data enrichment (1st/3rd party databases), maintaining PowerApps and CRM systems), update and maintain insights dashboards (sales support tools), execute ad-hoc bulk updates in CRM linked to lead and opportunity records.
