Supervisor
Job Description
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners and technicians, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the cleaning industry, strong leadership skills, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff and technicians
- Assign work schedules and tasks to team members
- Ensure that all cleaning and technical services are performed to the highest standards
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and technical skills
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor and track performance metrics, such as productivity and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reports and updates to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cleaning and technical services

- Prior experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Technical expertise in cleaning equipment and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Preferred Candidate
- Male – Indian / Filipino required for a Cleaning and Technical service company in Dubai with a minimum of 3 Years of local experience with expertise in painting, Waterproofing, Tile Fixing, Marble Cleaning & Polishing, AC Duct Cleaning, and Water Tank cleaning works.
Salary: AED 4000 ( Transportation and Visa provided ).
