Receptionist/Gazprom- Neft Badra

Key Responsibilities:

·       Applying and following the client’s contractual QHSE obligations, PSGS’s QHSE policy and procedures.

·       Maintaining the integrity of the ISO Management Documentation System and standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, & ISO 45000.

·       Attending to telephone calls and administrative queries. Meet and greet clients and visitors

·       Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing and filing

·       Maintaining documentation and electronic filing system

·       Assisting all of the administration staff and the Site / Camp Manager with regard to personnel and HR managements

·       Providing office orientation for new employees

·       Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of information

·       Setting up management, control and administration procedures on the exploitations

·       Responding to guest and visitor inquiries

·       Handling Reception Software entering data of inbound and outbound PAX

·       Performing other duties as directed

Skills

Minimum Job Requirements:

·       Russian speaker – upper intermediate (basic requirement)

·       Good English communication skills

·       Must have completed a Degree or High School with 2 or more years of computer education

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.

·       1 to 3 years work experience in a similar role/position

·       Ability to create, manage and maintain up-to-date, orderly, neat and accurate filing systems

Rotation & Salary & benefits:

·       Rotation: 06 months (working in Iraq ) X 01 Month (paid leave)

·       Salary: $1000
