Job Description

  • Manage and review Client’s requirements. Ensure all technical descriptions and specifications are accurate before submitting the report.
  • Liaise with manufacturer to arrange documents & specifications based on the product specification provided by Client.
  • Prepare comparative analysis report based on the quotations received from different manufacturers.
  • Maintains and updates the manufacturer’s list and initiate per-qualification activities with Clients.
  • Involved in pre-qualification processes by preparing required documents, reports and submitting to the Client
  • Responsible for preparing documents like, Technical and Material submittals, compliance of specified product with proposed products. Certification details, LEED/BREEAM/ESTIDAMA compliance documentation etc.
  • Handling calls, emails, and messages of Clients, informing them of delays and scheduling delivery.
  • Frequent visit to the sites to oversee installation work and post-installation issues during warranty period.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain records, prepare reports, and provide information to the Country Manager & Sales Director whenever asked.
  • Coordinating with UAE & Oman Sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Liaise with manufacturer and logistics department for product delivery and follow-ups.
  • Supporting Project management & Installation team whenever required.
  • Update Sales Director & Country Manager regarding changes in regulations announced by local or international authorities.
  • Prepare reports and share with Sales Director & Country Manager whenever asked.
  • Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested
  • Any additional duty assigned by Country Manager or Sales Director.
