Job Description
- Ensure prompt addressal of calls, messages, emails, and other correspondences.
- Assist the MD with all traveling formalities, including booking, accommodation, and departure.
- Use a blend of conventional and modern tools for systematic scheduling of client appointments and meetings.
- Maintain clear and concise telephonic communication to handle inquiries by portraying high professional standards.
- Contribute to enhancing client interaction using suitable gestures and greeting techniques.
