What will you do:

  • Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospects in HR. Use various methods to establish relationships and nurture connections.
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Collaborate with sales and marketing to create and implement effective business development plans aligned with company goals. Target key decision-makers and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges, communicate our HR solutions effectively, and negotiate agreements for long-term partnerships.

What do they expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development or similar role in the human resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR solutions, services, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
