Job Description
- Setting forecasts and allocating budgets – AOP for the year
- Ensuring achievement of Sales and budgets per customer targeted and product allocated.
- Setting up an appropriate MIS System by following up with the Sales Team about competition, Sales achievement and new technologies.
- Ensuring Sales forecasts achievement of each supplier.
- Adhering to the strategic plans of AMICO as discussed and agreed upon with the Business Development Manager and Country Sales Manager.
- Ensures the achievement of the budgeted GPM.
- Prepares and sets the marketing budget in discussion with the BDM and CSM.
- Ensures ample participation in congresses and conferences as agreed upon in the beginning of the year.
- Ensures that the marketing activities are conducted as planned and also sends a regular report on the same to the CSM and BDM.
- Prepares product training schedules for the customers in coordination with the Sales Team and suppliers.
Other Important Accountabilities
- Conducts joint field visits to identify training needs, resolve field issues and coach team members.
- Initiates team development activities (technical and sales training) and coordinates with suppliers and internal training team to ensure the same.
- Follows up on the reports sent in by the team members, analyzes the same and sends appropriate feedback to the team and management.
- Sets performance parameters for the team to ensure achievement of Organizational goals.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Communicates regularly with the team members on adherence to company policies.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Builds a strong motivated team through an unbiased objective based performance drive.
- Builds career path for the team members and supports the member in reaching personal goals.
