- Responsibleforadaily documentsmanagementworkload.
- SupportTechnicalProjectTeamandotherDepartments.
- Perform document control duties, which include: registeringall the incoming and outgoing correspondences, transmittalsof drawings and technical documents and other related filesforall on-hand Projects.
- LoggingandreleasingnewandrevisedWorkOrdertoProcurementandFabricationDepartment.
- Responsibleformanagingemails,inquiriesanddistributingtotheconcern personnel/departmentsfor theirinformation.
- DailyupdatesofWorkOrderLogSheetforeasymonitoringoforders.
- CoordinateswiththeProjectTeamforthestatusofthelatestsubmitted documents and to distribute copy to all personnel relatedforeachproject.
- Maintain the Project Master Register for the tracking of all technicalandnon-technicaldocuments.
- Distribute all received documents from the Contractor to all relatedindividualsaswelltheDepartmentHeads.
