  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of joinery and interior fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Work closely with the estimation team to review project scope, materials, and costs, and provide inputs for accurate project budgeting and cost estimation.
  • Manage and oversee the project execution, including procurement of materials, coordination with subcontractors, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication, address any concerns, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or disputes, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and quality assessments, to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the joinery and interior fitout sector to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a joinery or interior fit-out company, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
  • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, estimation, and client management.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively, consultants, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Solid understanding of joinery and interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a project team effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and industry standards related to joinery and interior fit-out projects.
