Job Description
The role holder is responsible in managing all daily financial and accounting functions and operations of the National Housing Loans projects: the role holder is responsible for leading the finance team and supports NHL team in system enhancement as required by department to ADHA.
- Leads in improving the system enhancement as per department & ADHA requirement.
- Responsible in NHL activates for system automation and re-engineering
- Expertise on the process of NHL activates
- Update of department SOP
- Leads the improving the tools and templates in order to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of service provided, in line with market best practices.
- Control and monitor the accounting & finance function of the NHL through proper built accounting & system controls.
- Liaise with ADHA for all type of reporting & reconciliation of all ADHA related accounts
- Liaising & co-ordinating with other department for handling court issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance or any related discipline
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance or any related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
