Job Description

As a hostess you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and providing attentive service throughout their meal. Proficiency in Arabic is a must, as it will enable effective communication with our diverse clientele.

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury restaurant environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with Arabic-speaking guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle guest reservations and seating arrangements effectively.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Multitasking abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
