We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant for our Tunisia Plant Manager, to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities

Answer Plant Manager’s phone calls

Organize and schedule Plant Manager’s appointments

Manage Plant Manager’s calendars
-
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
-
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms as needed

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-
Develop and maintain a filing system
-
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-
Order office supplies as needed
-
Maintain Plant Manager’s contact lists
-
Book travel arrangements, reservations, meetings, etc. ..

Submit and reconcile expense reports
-
Provide general support to employees as needed
-
Act as the point of contact between Plant Manager and various stakeholders
-
Liaise with employees to handle requests and queries from senior management
Requirements and skills
-
NO prior experience needed
-
Baccalaureate degree as a minimum (high school degree)
-
Certificate (from a language institute) or Diploma (University license) in Business English (Anglais des Affaires)

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines (ability to learn and adapt)
-
Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. )

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, French and English

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
