Job Description

Tasks :

  • Supervise and manage the Accounts Payable team

  • Sound Knowledge in End to End Accounts payable process

  • Monitoring workload and allocating work as appropriate to ensure that team performance remains within agreed KPIs

  • Providing guidance, training and development to the team as required

  • Manage and supervise activities of the team; by effective leadership, coaching and development. 

  • Conducting annual development reviews

  • Monitor KPIs and dashboard and respond to performance challenges proactively to ensure excellent team performance

  • Continually seek ways to achieve and improve on Service Standards, contribute towards business outcomes and enhance both internal and external customer service by on-job coaching and effective communication.

Requirements :

  • Graduate in Commerce from a reputed university

  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable T&E & Reconciliation. 

  • Additional focus on Procurement skills

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

  • Good organisational and administrative ability including effective time management 

  • Excellent numeric skills 

  • Exposure in SAP, Ariba & People Soft application would be an added advantage

  • Should be pro-active, self-reliant, confident and able to remain calm under pressure.

  • Able to use their own initiative and work independently.

  • Must be able to work effectively within a Team.
