As the Group Director of Product Development Management, you will leverage your deep financial product technology understanding, professional credibility and strong leadership skills to motivate, encourage and lead an experienced team of 20+ members.

Description
Develop individual product vision and strategy whilst continuously aligning with overall business strategic objectivesOversee entire product development lifecycle, including leveraging emerging technologies such as AI to improve operations and overcome pain pointsEngage with key internal and external stakeholders to better understand market risks and develop partnerships to provide truly innovative productsMake recommendations based on emerging trends, regulatory requirements and keep up to date with international best practices in the financial technology spaceDevelop go to market strategies for products, liaising with internal teams on positioning and messaging

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)At least 10-15 years experience in the financial technology product management space in areas such as compliance, financial crime solutions and payment systems.Excellent leaderships skills with demonstrable experience of managing successful teamsPossess a strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret the latest market trends and turn these insights into product strategies and implement themExperience managing a number of projects with competing deadlines and priorities, ensuring products are delivered on time and in budget
