Job Description
A – Accountabilities
▪ At least 5 years of experience in installing, managing, and maintaining Windows server 2016/2019 including system performance
▪ At least 5 years’ experience as a SharePoint administrator for 2010, 2013, 2016
▪ Experience in troubleshoot all related database and connectivity problems related to the operation and performance of the portal
▪ Experience in troubleshoot all related MS SQL Server problems such as integration, connectivity, maintenance, and updates
▪ Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365
▪ Experience in managing security of the Portal and User authentication.
▪ Experience in managing in backup and Restoration of the SharePoint portal and SQL Server
▪ Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks
B – Educational Qualifications
University Degree in Computer/ Electronics.
C – Certifications
ITIL Foundation Certified
