Equity Research Analyst

Job Description

• Conducting economic and financial analysis of the sector and designated companies, including current and historical information.
• Maintaining thorough coverage of sector companies and keeping track of all of their developments.
• Construct, revise, and improve financial models that precisely represent the performance of designated companies and deriving fair values from them to be used in investment decisions.
• Preparing current sector and company reports, as well as participating in the writing of other types of reports.
• Presenting fundamental research on the sector and designated companies, and formulating accurate and timely investment recommendations.
• Reading, analyzing, and reporting on economic and financial news that could influence the market and designated companies.

Skills

• Candidate will be responsible for one of the following sectors: Real Estate, Industrials or Consumables.
• CFA Level 2 or more is a plus.
• Previous participation in CFA Research Challenge is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Very good writing and presentation skills.
• Team player with leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel user.
