Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

• Take off Calculation
• Value Engineering
• Material Selection, Specification Review & Update
• BOQ Preparation
• Reviewing and Preparing the draft of Contracts

Skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• With a minimum of 7 total years of experience;
• Must have relevant experience in Abu Dhabi
• Good Knowledge of Civil & MEP Construction Methods and Materials, Take-Off Calculation, Value Engineering, Feasibility Study, BOQ Preparation, Tendering Analysis, Material selection, Specification Review & Update, and FIDIC Forms of contracts.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, AutoCAD, etc.
• With a valid UAE driving license
• Arabic speaker
