Overview Managing Benefits Administration Cairo Business Services team and leading on benefits operational agenda. Leading on driving payroll and benefits services for Saudi BU and UAE BU. Delivering Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators and improving efficiency of the operations each year for Egypt and SSFL BUs. Manage Vendor Management Relations and continuous partnership with all external stakeholders. Coordinate in provider annual renewal process partnering with TR to provide reporting and documentation needed and act as part of decision-making process. Lead on driving the budget cost analysis in alignment with the annual operational plan and governing the expenses in correspondence to benefits payouts. Lead the activation of newly introduced benefits Administration processes for Egypt in co-ordination with market Total Rewards team. Ensure a consistent service delivery of Benefits Administration services to the market and establish formal review and tracking processes Identify continuous improvement to current processes and implement service delivery improvement opportunities and projects. Manage internal reporting by establishing clear roles and responsibilities along with performance measures for team. Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements. Proactively develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes. Represent technical, functional and customer perspective when taking decisions: Integrate with IT, internal clients, and the broader shared services organization. Define internal monitoring and control mechanism for defined service delivery parameters. Ensure knowledge management platforms are set up and all supporting technologies meet requirements. Drive a quality focused agenda to ensure that data quality and metrics are key deliverables for all reporting and transactions Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issue resolution. Responsibilities Medical Administration: Manage the medical function core operational processes (Monthly chronic medication, medical claims, and medical card issuance) Manage Company medical consultant and govern the structure for doctors and nurses in all locations. Direct the medical insurance provider on enhancing services provided to Employees and manage issues/concerns raised.4. Partner with Total Rewards Team to implement new policies and work on communication plan. Payroll Administration: Manage all HR payroll related input consolidation for Egypt BU and submission to payroll finance team. Review GCS controls to validate the input from HR and Payroll finance. Manage Severance packages process and documentation. Telecom Administration: Manage telecom operations and administration processes for Egypt BU employees (e.g. business lines activation, mobile allowance and devices purchase, mobile data activation for hires and activating/deactivating international and roaming services). Co-ordinate with the telecom operator to provide the best telecom solutions to business functions and employees. Co-ordinate with IT Team to solve/enhance network coverage in all companyβs locations. Drive the telecom AOP for all business functions including safety, facility, IT and HR and provide the best opportunities for meeting the annual budget planned for all functions. Life Insurance: Manage Annual enrollment process for employees in Egypt BU / ME BU Manage life insured death cases end to end processes with internal stakeholder and external insurance provider on regular basis. Manage LG1+ Annual enrollment process for employees in Egypt BU / ME BU Review Life insurance cases raised on monthly basis. Extended Benefits (Augmented Benefits): 16. Drive the monthly extended benefits agenda for Egypt BU employees.17. Provide the employees with compatible offers from vendors meeting the market practices.18. Activate benefits campaigns and healthy living activities in co-ordination with TR Team. Lead variable pay reporting and analysis for Egypt BU ( OT AOP Build Up , Monitoring and Execution) Annual Budget of (EGP 90+ MM/ $6 MM) ME Payroll & Benefits: Drive monthly payroll cycle end to end process for Saudi BU and UAE BU. Manage the payroll cycle and monthly reviews done between HR, Finance Control Team, and payroll external vendor. Review all payroll inquiries received from employees and SSFL and ensure timeliness and accuracy replies are delivered. Review Payroll GCS controls on quarter basis. Review key deliverables for TR related and benefits requests raised from the employees. Co-ordinate with SSFL TR lead agenda for new benefits activation processes. Manage End of Service calculation and documentation Saudi BU and UAE BU. Qualifications Shared Services Knowledge Management and SLA Management experience: 9+ years Led on cross-functional projects and have market industry knowledge. Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity. External Relations Management and Networking Skills.
