- Should have 2 year’s experience in house construction projects and civil work.
- Develop a project executional planning from scratch and cover all crucial parameters that act as potential guidelines.
- Examine technical layouts to decide on the next course of action in a project.
- Study and determine various fundamental aspects of a construction project like materials, cost estimate, and potential risks to overcome.
- Organizing materials and required construction equipment by dealing with suitable vendors and companies.
- Focus on safety standards and regulations during each stage of project development.
- Contribute to the commercial aspects of the company’s projects by collaborating with appropriate professionals.
Skills
- Previous working exposure to civil engineering projects, should have experience constructing houses
- Well-versed in solving practical project issues using computer software and relevant technological tools.
- Showing excellent performance in distinct setups to complete ongoing construction projects with high efficiency.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and guide them to complete daily tasks for optimum time and resource management.
- BTEC Diploma in the field of Civil Engineering.
