Job Description

  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
  • Conduct intermediate-level negotiations during lease processes, providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.
  • Use market analysis and industry expertise to set competitive prices for properties.
  • Develop detailed lists of properties available for lease, outlining their location, features, and square footage to assist with client decision-making.
