Job Summary
Our Client is a Chinese Retailer and Variety Store Chain that specializes in Household and Consumer Goods including Fashion Accessories, Cosmetics, Toys, Stationery, Kitchenware, Digital Products, Snacks and a host of other products.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the analysis of the sales data and monitor the inventory of the main warehouse and Shops stock.
- Follow up with daily Sales reports from Stores (Shops) and compare among them to identify any issues
- Check the system, compare it with the sales report, and notify the IT department about any problem
- Supervise inventory that are shipped from China or another national warehouse in Doha
- Plan and Create shipments to the warehouse, operation departments, and all stores (Shops in malls) according to the sales and demand.
- Report analysis and follow up the shipments to avoid any problems on the system.
- Check the shipment’s packing and delivery time and organize it with the warehouse.
- Determine the slow-moving items from the report and put a plan to decrease stock by offer or discount.
- Visit the stores weekly to inspect and summarize the issues and concerns regarding the display, customers’ comments, etc.
- Suggest any improvements according to the sales analysis report, shipments, inspections.
- Complete other tasks that are given by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent English (Speaking and writing) – as the job will be with foreigners.
- About 3 years of Actual working experience in Supply Chain, inventory, Sales analysis
- Retail Experience.
- Excellent Excel Skills is a MUST (Like Vlookup, Pivot table, data analysis,…,…)
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.
