Job Description

  • 8 years’ experience in oil and gas environment of which 3 years should be engineering of measurement systems.
  • Good knowledge of all measurement systems, including LNG with specific experience of orifice, ultrasonic, Coriolis and turbine technology.
  • Additional knowledge of analyzer systems including GAS chromatographs, CEMS,Continuous analyzers
  • Knowledge with the relevant standards, in particular ISO, MPMS and AGA.
  • To provide technical support to project team with the respect to instrument/measurement system including metering systems/analyser system.
  • Provide technical advice and support as required on the design, construction and modification of all measurement system together with the vendor and contractor support.
  • Plan and prepare work scope between various departments, division and section and disciple during instrumentation/measurement engineering activities to ensure a smooth completion of planned activities.
  • Ensuring all measurement systems and associated equipment being executed through projects are fit for purpose and meet company standard regulatory requirement and international standards.
  • Prepare/review works and calibration instruction for all measurement system for projects.
  • Review measurement project specifications and attend equipment factory acceptance test if required during the FEED and EPC stage of expansion projects. resolves engineering issues the site acceptance test (SAT) and commissioning during the construction/commissioning stage of project.
  • Review project method statement, job safety analysis, participate in execution risk assessment and verify compliance to safe work practice (SWP) to assure safe execution and ePTW compliance.
