Position: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Abu Dhabi Airport

Salary: AED 4000 to 5500 + transportation

Languages: Russian, Chinese, Japanese speakers preferred

Job role:

• Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. They will assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise, provide product information, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide accurate and detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandise displays and fitting rooms.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure availability and attractive presentation.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock checks.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
