​Charterhouse is working with a leading manufacturer of high-quality interior solutions. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager who has experience of overseeing fitout projects from brief until delivery phase, ideally within the hospitality industry.
About the role
The purpose of this role will be to ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed timeframes and scope, handling all communication between clients and internal teams.
In addition, the project manager will create and update workflows, monitor project progress and conduct regular reports including quality checks, risk analysis and budget tracking.
This role will also assess the feasibility of custom designs in order to help clients bring their concepts to life and ensure from a business perspective that the project is commercially viable. A background in Architecture or Interior Design studies and ideally a minimum of 12 months commercial exposure in a similar working environment would be highly desirable.
About you
To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture or a relevant field, have strong experience in using AutoCAD software and ideally 12 months involvement in overseeing the delivery of fitout projects in the UAE. Our client is looking for a highly organised, solution orientated professional with excellent communication skills and eye for detail.
