Job Description

<span><span>The KPIs Monitoring &amp; Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational areas of the manufacturing company. This role will help drive key initiatives and strategic long-term goals through scheduled tracking and reporting to create visibility of these metrics across the organization.</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Monitor and analyze KPIs across various departments, including production, maintenance, Planning, and quality assurance.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Collaborate with department heads to understand their KPIs and help them establish improvement plans.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues that contribute to KPI performance.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Develop reports and dashboards to track KPI trends and identify areas for improvement.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Develop and create ad hoc reporting of metrics and strategic initiatives as needed.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Identify trends and patterns in KPI data and develop recommendations for improvement.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Bachelor Degree in Industrial<b> </b>Engineering, business administration or related field.</span></span></li><li><span><span>5 years of experience in a KPI monitoring and analysis role.</span></span></li></ul>
