Reports To: Director of Sales
Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team for a home appliances brand in the UAE. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing the sales team, and developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales plans for the home appliances brand in the UAE.
· Manage the sales team and ensure that they are meeting sales goals.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
· Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
· Prepare and present sales reports to the Director of Sales.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
· Represent the home appliances brand at trade shows and other events.
Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances industry.
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
