Job Description

 Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the daily financial management of the company:

Financial management, cost expenses, equity structure, budget preparation, accounting and supervision, financial analysis, tax declaration, external audit, etc.;

2. Establish and improve various financial management systems:

Formulate financial planning, financial policies, and management systems;

Through the establishment of a supervision system, effectively supervise and inspect the implementation of the financial system and budget, and conduct financial control; establish a comprehensive financial risk control system to reduce the probability of risk;

3. Participate in the decision-making of major financial issues of the company and put forward professional opinions; Formulate tax planning plans, coordinate and implement tax payment, and avoid tax risks of the company;

4. Master the financial status, operating results, and capital changes, and formulate or plan fund-raising and capital operation plans;

5. Provide advice and decision support for the company’s major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other business activities, participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking, and control;

Optimize capital structure and capital allocation;

6. Provide financial analysis for the company’s senior management, put forward useful suggestions and risk prevention and control measures;

Skills

Job Requirements:

1. Male or female, under 40 years old; Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, financial management, economics and other related majors; Chinese and English can be used as working languages;

2.8 years or above experience in financial management and IPO of diversified enterprise groups;

3.Familiar with national financial policies and financial operating procedures, and have strong tax planning and execution capabilities;

4. Have practical experience in capital operation, and fully grasp the theoretical knowledge of investment, financing, and financial business in law, finance, and management;

5. Rich experience in investment and financing and other financial industries, Internet experience is preferred;

6. It is preferred to hold relevant certificates such as certified public accountants, international accountants, or chartered certified public accountants;

7. Have strong analytical skills, judgment and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication, coordination skills, plan execution, and team management skills, and can withstand work pressure;

8. Excellent professionalism and professional ethics;

9. Nationality or region requirements:

Singaporean, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macau;

Have study abroad experience in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau; Graduated from finance, accounting, financial management, economics, and other related majors.
