Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor your role includes direct communication with customers and liaison with the Workshop Supervisor and enhancing customer relationships, while ensuring that customers are contacted and communicated with in a timely manner. The role also includes data input, invoicing and liaison with the company’s accounting team.
Responsibilities:
Documentation of all service & repair activitiesWork with the Service Manager to respond to client’s requests and real time updates on the status.Investigate customer complaints/concerns arising from services and repair, and suggest appropriate solutions.Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.Open job cards, send estimates and invoice customers.Work closely with Accounting team to track and manage all transactions,payments and invoices.
Requirements:
Should be having 5 years of industry experience as Customer service roleGood working knowledge of the automotive industry and/or the workings of a normal automobileMust possess strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
