Trends & Insights : Lead trend analysis and foresight initiatives, leveraging market research and consumer insights to proactively identify emerging market trends.
Portfolio Strategy: Drive strategic optimization of the category & brands portfolio
Obppc & Pricing strategy: Develop and oversee strategic plans for optimizing Occasions, Brands, Prices, Packs, and Channels (OBPPC) to maximize market penetration, value, and profitability for the company.
Category & Consumer Strategy: Develop comprehensive category strategies that effectively target consumer segments
Brands & Communication: Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective communication.
Shopper & Retailers: Drive the development of shopper-focused strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience, to optimize assortments, promotions, and customer engagement strategies by channels.
Innovation & Growth hacking: Identify white spaces and capitalizing on growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making, creative problem-solving by testing & learning in an agile way.
Market intelligence & performance monitoring: Establish robust market intelligence systems to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
Strong Leadership skills & people management experience Cross functional collaboration competencies (marketing, sales, communication, R&I, Global Marketing & Sales) 10 years min of experience communication, english speaking * Agency and partner management
