Job Summary
Our Client a Multinational British Catering company based in UAE is looking to recruit Sweet Chef in one of the 5* htoel in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Preparing dates and chocolate doughs based on requests received from the sales department on a daily basis.
- Develop production and create new products every few months.
- Print the production and expiry date on each dough he does
- Follow good preservation standards for products, and ensure that food is preserved at the correct temperatures.
- Monitoring and follow-up of workers to ensure the quality of products.
- Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
- Writing the quantities of materials received and leaving the kitchen and the materials that have been produced.
- Operation and maintenance of all department equipment and report any problem with misoperation.
- Check the dates of all constantly stored food.
- Maintain personal hygiene and general hygiene to be an example for all workers inside and outside the work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Securing the daily production needs of manufactured materials.
- Reaching the highest possible quality.
- Developing the production process and creating new products every few months.
