Responsibilities:
Manage all Regulatory Reporting (statistical, prudential, liquidity,…) as well as different regulatory requests Handle the daily monitoring process for all regulatory ratios & limits Implement any new or changing regulatory reporting requirements. Responsible for preparation & submission of Tax returns Prepare the annual published financial statements. Perform the monthly analytical review of financials. Coordination of Budget exercise and the outlook forecasts, with different stakeholders. Ensure strong control environment in Finance and take an effective role in its improvement. Participate in projects to enhance or automate the controls. Ensure that issues are timely identified, properly escalated, tracked and resolved. Perform the monthly balance sheet and proof process. Prepare the monthly Finance accruals. Undertake various projects assigned by the CFO. Manage implementation of procedures and development report
Qualifications, Skills*and Desirable Traits :
3-5 years of experience in accounting management Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, dynamism and is able to pick up projects Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office application Effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated analytical skills Must be a team player
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree (ESB & ESC preferred)
