Salary:                        up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus company mobile and laptop

A well-known cake shop in UAE with diverse end consumers and businesses.

Job Description:  

1. Supervise and coordinate the production of products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, recipes, and production schedules.
2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
3. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations, and train new team members on cake production techniques and safety protocols.
4. Implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary production environment. 

Skills

Qualifications: 

• Open to Arabic nationals
• 30 to 40 years old
• At least 6 years’ experience on the same role in the UAE from F&B industry; preferably in pastry/cake shops
