Position Title:             Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to CEO

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                         up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment

 

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with HODs as gatekeeper for CEO regarding concerns, or issues, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain and organize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, incoming and outgoing communications over emails, phone calls, and written correspondence ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, by sending invites, booking venues, arranging necessary equipment, and preparing meeting materials. Take minutes and follow up on action items as required.
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading various business documents such as reports, presentations, memos, and spreadsheets in an accurate, well-organized manner, and meeting company standards within deadline.
  • Support the CEO in managing and coordinating various projects by tracking progress, following up on action items with different departments within the group.

 

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Female, 28 to 40 years old
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail (fashion, beauty, luxury brands)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be locally available in AUH
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
