As one of the leading and dominating brands in the region, we need someone who can match their energy and drive to take our HR strategy to new heights!

By working alongside their founder and stakeholders to advise HR and hiring practices!

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: As the HR Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client’s talent acquisition efforts. Do you have 2/3 years of experience in this?

  • HR Strategy: Are you a strategic thinker with a flair for HR? In collaboration with the company’s co-founder, you’ll develop and implement cutting-edge HR strategies that align with the company’s vision.

  • Client Engagement: As the primary point of contact for clients, you’ll ensure their HR needs are met and exceeded. From holding captivating meetings to providing exceptional customer service, you’ll be the go-to person for all valued clients.

  • Training and Development: Are you a champion of growth? You’ll design and deliver mind-blowing training sessions that empower our client’s employees to reach their full potential.
