What will you do:

Designing such policies and procedures necessary to ensure built assets are properly maintained.

Developing a maintenance regime that will ensure facilities are fully functional.

Managing the Maintenance Service Provider (MSP)

Integration of the requirements of ISO 55,000 at all levels.

Ensure hard services provision is aligned with the quality assurance standard.

Ensure Equipment and spare part are optimized.

Managing & reporting on the engineering division such as mechanical, HVAC, Civil, Electrical.

Ensuring a full PPM regime is in place and introducing alternative approaches such as CBM.

Implement a Forward Maintenance Register.

Contributing to maintenance Lifecycle plans.

Managing and overseeing minor projects and new works.

Ensuring all activities are carried out safely in accordance with HSE policies & procedures.

Manage & inform the client where shutdowns are required.

Monitor MSP service performance and adherence to budget.

Verify the MSP budget and the financial information.
What do they expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
- Requires minimum of 20 years related experience.
- Experience in rig building and or ship building industries.
- Excellent Computer Skills (all MS suites)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Integrity, and confidentiality.
