What’s On Your Plate?

  • Monitor and maintain partner acquisitions, order growth, net fail rate and net take rates.

  • Responsible for commission re-negotiations.

  • Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.

  • Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition and account management targets.

  • Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.

  • Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.

  • Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.

  • Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.

  • Management for reporting and support.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Logistics and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.

  • Lead on new projects, initiatives required across the Non Food Vertical Oman

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Sales.

  • Leadership Skills.

  • Planning and Organizing Skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.

  • Fluent in both languages Arabic and English.
