Our Client is a leading player in the retail industry is currently looking for a Governmental Sector Sales Supervisor to join its team. As a Governmental Sector Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of our company’s sales in the governmental sector. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the governmental sector
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels
- Ensure that sales representatives are conducting effective product demonstrations and providing excellent customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management
