Job Description
- Leads the implementation of human resources strategies, policies, practices, and programs that support the unique needs of the business unit.
- Provides employee relations support in the following areas: management problem-solving, termination counseling, layoff preparation assistance and execution, grievance resolution, exit interview reports, turnover analysis and communication, and facilitation/participation in the new hire orientation program.
- Identifies areas of opportunity within business units, including training, onboarding, performance management, management development, coaching, etc.
- Consults with management regarding organizational planning and design; develop and implement programs that facilitate change within the organization.
- Assists with the development of employee relations, recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and compensation, particularly sales compensation, plans that meet the individual needs of varying client populations (i.e., sales, production, support).
- Ensure effective communication of compensation and benefits plans and policies to associates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related degree
- Minimum 6 years of Experience as an HR
