KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# To review and approve performance management policies and methodologies (e.g. balanced scorecardand triple-bottom line) used within the RTA. (Note: The primary emphasis is on strategic performancemanagement).# To review and approve the processes used for data collection and verification within the RTA (as it relatesspecifically to data required for KPI reporting).# To review and approve policies and processes used for confirming KPI’s and establishing Performance Targetsfor reporting purposes. (Note: The development of KPI’s within the RTA are the responsibility of CorporatePlanning)# To review and approve the format and content of regular and ad-hoc performance reports and trend analyses.# To review the policies and approve the processes used for performance analysis. (Note: The methodology usedis key performance drivers and global benchmarking).# Lead and develop a high level of engagement in Strategy & Excellence team which develops corporate strategyfor RTA# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# To review performance improvement opportunities and approve those requiring further attention from otherareas within the RTA. (Note: Performance management is responsible for identifying and handing over suchopportunities to other departments such as audit, corporate planning and business development).
