Job Description
EPS/XPS Sales Manager – Qatar & KSA
- Reaching sales goals as set by Management
- Develop the customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets
- Maintain a high level of product and vendor knowledge
- Attend trade shows and association meetings as required
- Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals, and maintaining existing relationships
- Serves as point of contact for business customers’ issues and communicates customer requests to management
- Weekly reporting and updates on sales
- Carry out lost order analysis
- Carry out customer feedback analysis and take necessary corrective and preventive action
- Take action for the closure of the complaint.
Skills
- Must have a solid background in the field of the Polystyrene industry, Building materials or Trading/Waterproofing/Insulation/Plastics/Geotextiles industry
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Must have a Qatar driver’s license.
