Job Description

EPS/XPS Sales Manager – Qatar & KSA

  • Reaching sales goals as set by Management
  • Develop the customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets
  • Maintain a high level of product and vendor knowledge
  • Attend trade shows and association meetings as required
  • Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals, and maintaining existing relationships
  • Serves as point of contact for business customers’ issues and communicates customer requests to management
  • Weekly reporting and updates on sales
  • Carry out lost order analysis
  • Carry out customer feedback analysis and take necessary corrective and preventive action
  • Take action for the closure of the complaint.

Skills

  • Must have a solid background in the field of the Polystyrene industry, Building materials or Trading/Waterproofing/Insulation/Plastics/Geotextiles industry
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Must have a Qatar driver’s license.
