To assist members on the Gym Floor by being responsive to their needs in regards to instruction, information and assistance, being alert and cheerful at all times. Personal Trainer position description includes designing and implementing exercise programs for a range of individual clients by collecting and analyzing client information to

ensure the effectiveness of personal exercise programmes.

Description:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Responsible for creating fitness programs for the different types of members with different ages, and follow them efficiently in PT sessions.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide personal evaluations to clients on their fitness level by reviewing their abilities, physical condition and overall health to ensure that all fitness plans are suitable.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Create personalized fitness routines that assist clients in reaching their fitness goals while remaining suitable to their current physical abilities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Teach clients on the proper techniques for all exercises, especially when using more complicated equipment, to minimize the risk of injury.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Monitor clients on their status and make changes to their individual fitness plans based on any physical changes and increased or decreased fitness levels.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Enforce all gym policies and safety rules to reduce the chance of any accidents and to maintain a safe and comfortable environment in which clients can exercise.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Inform clients on other healthy lifestyle changes to complement their fitness goals, such as a healthier diet or not smoking.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Perform emergency first aid when needed, including treating minor injuries with bandages or wrapping

and administering ice.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Create energetic atmosphere, giving healthy lifestyle tips and participate in the club events with new activities, marketing and advertising photo shoot.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Demonstrate how to carry out various up to date fitness exercises and group classes with the latest and up to date music and choreography assisting accounting as needed.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Following the company rules and the direct manager instructions during the working hours, and have flexible time for classes/appointments/rooster as per the management decisions.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Must be punctual in the timing (attendance / group classes/ PT sessions/ covering floor). Follow your schedules (rooster/break time/floor cover/vacations/group classes/PT sessions)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Improve your skills and update yourself with the latest fitness/strength programs and classes.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Any changes in the rooster/vacations/leaves/classes should be after the approval of the direct manager.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Create new ideas for the group classes, fun games, open-days, events and competitions and participate with the members.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Not to talk with the customers about personal issues, not to accept from customers any gifts or donations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Using the club facilities can be in the day-off and before/after the duty hours.

Work as a cooperative team-player in the club teamwork; be organized and able to work under pressure/stress and extra hours (if required) in the peak seasons.

Skills

Experience &Qualification

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Good communication

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current accredited personal training certification, LES MILLS, TRX, Spinning, Crossfit etc.

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽5 Plus years of experience as a personal trainer

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent verbal communication skills, English is must

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current certificate in CPR/AED and First Aid

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽BS in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or associated field

Abilities & Skills:

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽good communication and writing skills

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Presentable & flexible to work in shifts

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Should build health and fitness awareness for our members. Conduct a daily contact with the clients and continues communication with them to ensure their stability to renew their memberships.

–聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain a positive attitude at all times. Being able to design innovative programs to achieve fitness goals, and tailor routines. Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety procedures at all time鈥檚 Good communication skills in English. Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills. Possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills. Enjoy meeting people and maintain a good rapport with members by encouraging them in regular participation of exercise programs.
