     **SALARY: 3,000 – 4,000 AED

  • Develop firmware and software for microcontrollers and embedded systems. Write code to control sensors and communication interfaces.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the electronic components, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to electronic hardware or software.
  • Design and implement control systems for robotic platforms, including motor control, motion planning, and navigation algorithms.
  • Create and optimize printed circuit board (PCB) layouts to accommodate electronic components and subsystems. Utilize CAD software and design tools to develop schematics, circuitry, and PCB layouts. Build prototypes and conduct testing to validate the design and ensure functionality and performance.
  • Involves understanding the overall system requirements, determining the necessary electronic subsystems, and selecting appropriate sensors, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, circuit diagrams, technical reports, and user manuals. Create comprehensive documentation to assist in the manufacturing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers. Communicate effectively to convey technical concepts, provide progress updates, and collaborate on the development and integration of systems.

Skills

  • Proficiency in designing electronic circuits and systems, including PCB layout, schematic design, component selection, and integration. Understanding analog and digital electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and power electronics is crucial.
  • Understanding sensor characteristics, interfacing methods, data processing, and calibration techniques is important.
  • Proficiency in programming microcontrollers and developing firmware for embedded systems. This involves writing efficient and reliable code to control sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces, and implementing algorithms for real-time processing and decision-making.
  • Experience in integrating electronic components, subsystems, and software with mechanical systems and other engineering disciplines. Conducting thorough testing, verification, and validation to ensure proper functionality, reliability.
  •  Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with mechanical engineers, software developers. Strong communication and teamwork skills to understand requirements, exchange ideas, and jointly solve complex problems.
