The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

We’re seeking a passionate UX Developer who is ambitious to take their UX skills to a whole new level within the SAP Ecosystem. Our team continues to leverage SAP as the Industry cloud platform of choice to help our clients solve regulatory and business application-to-application challenges. The internal candidate needs hands-on experience with Angular and React. The individual should be able to demonstrate previous experiences in complex SAP Fiori/UI5 & Responsive Design Architecture frameworks. Having experience SAP Fiori, SAP UI5(Extending Standard Fiori apps, Custom Fiori Apps), and SAP Web IDE is a plus as these technologies are similar to the SAP tools leveraged to build UX applications. Also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience. This position based on our Head Office at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as full-time job.

As part of the Development team, he/she will have the opportunity to take ownership and lead the drive in delivering these high-profile business solutions. You will be integrating these with existing systems and applications as well as building from inception. Working with a team of analysts, architects, project managers and testers you will be taking the solutions through their full development lifecycle and will be working closely with the business.

Key Accountability Areas

•    Candidate must adapt to change, be open to innovative ideas, take on new responsibilities, handle pressure, and adjust plans to meet changing needs.

•    Working experience in Angular/React

•    Web applications development experience using HTML5, CSS3, XML, TypeScript, AJAX standards, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with third-party   libraries and APIs

•    Familiarity with OOP design principles

•    Good to have exposure to Smart template / Fiori Element, and Fiori Theme Building.

•    Good to have SAP UI5 Certifications.

•    Use and adapt existing web applications for apps

•    Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions

•    Minimum 6+ years overall development experience with required technologies

•    Solid understanding of application security

•    Good knowledge of high availability technologies and concept

•    Excellent communication skills

Role Accountability

•    Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. 

•    Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work. 

•    Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.

•    Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates. 

•    Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. 

•    Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

•    Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. 

•    Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. 

•    Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.   

•    Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

• Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions. 

•    Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
