  The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This position exists to assist project team in the configuration of business processes in the area of assigned SAP ERP modules efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP’s best practices for implementing SAP PP/QM module business processes and Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes and handle gaps while minimizing development effort. 

  • Good knowledge in the Purchasing, P2P, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, Release strategy.

  • Additional knowledge of inventory management using bar coding systems will be an added advantage.

  • Expert in Material Master, Bill of Material, BOM Redlining, Synchronization BOM to BOM and PSM to BOM, Product Structure Management, Variant configurations. 

  • Project management (Project Structuring, Execution, Resource management, Accounting Integration, Reporting)

  • Resource Management

  • Change Management (ECM)

  • Engineering Change Record (ECR)

  • Document Management System (DMS)

  • Access Control Context

  • CAD integration

  • Workflow functional specifications and technical documentation preparations

  • Able to implement enhancement using SAP PP/QM standard techniques

  • Knowledge of SAP development objects including Business transaction events, routines, user exits, BAPIS, BADIS, Enhancement spots, Web dynpro, workflow

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English);

  • Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes and ensure SAP standard is followed, minimizing customization

  • Define unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live

  • Support the existing productive implementation of assigned SAP module and resolve incidents based on pre-defined SLAs and identify and ensure any change request follow the Request for Change processes and not through incidents

  • Document all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)

General Responsibilities

•    Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. 

•    Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work. 

•    Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.

•    Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates. 

•    Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. 

•    Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

•    Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. 

•    Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. 

•    Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.   

•    Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

• Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions. 

•    Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
