3 Years UAE working experience as a QS or Facilities/Maintenance/CMMS

Experience in managing Bill of Quantities, Quotation Analysis, and LPO.
Experience in cost analysis based on drawings, estimates, materials and labour.
Expert in Autocad, Excel, and other software necessary.

Any nationality

Job Profile:
-To perform clerical duties operating the Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and create and maintain accurate data records for facilities.
-To Visit job sites for Work Order clarification, communicates with Work Requester as needed
-To Create accurate input assets into the CMMS for data records and inventory (manual & computerised) in accordance with Company procedures.
